The Project Management & Project Controls program is a structured, industry-focused training designed to build strong capabilities in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects across diverse sectors. The program covers the complete project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. It integrates traditional and Agile project management approaches, enabling participants to manage dynamic project environments effectively. Emphasis is placed on project controls, use of industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and JIRA, as well as leadership, contract management, and decision-making skills.
