The Scaffolder ? Level I program is an entry-level training designed to develop fundamental skills in safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures across construction, EPC, and industrial sites. The program covers basic scaffolding components, types of scaffolds, material handling, and standard erection procedures under supervision. Strong emphasis is placed on safety practices, hazard identification, fall prevention, and compliance with site and statutory safety requirements. Participants gain practical understanding of scaffold inspection, load limitations, and safe working methods at height. By completing the program, learners are prepared to support scaffolding operations safely and effectively in accordance with industry safety standards.
The module highlights how thoughtful planning can directly improve project quality, reduce accidents, and help projects finish on time and within budget.
