The Static Equipment Maintenance Supervisor program is an advanced, role-based training designed to develop supervisory-level competence in maintaining, fitting, and overhauling static equipment used in EPC, refinery, pipeline, and offshore projects. The program covers static equipment fundamentals, fitting techniques, maintenance practices, inspection methods, and compliance with ASME and API standards. Participants gain in-depth understanding of alignment, bolting, piping connections, corrosion management, quality control, and non-destructive testing. Strong emphasis is placed on safety management, tool handling, documentation, and supervision of shop and field activities. By completing the program, learners are equipped to lead maintenance teams, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain safety and quality standards throughout the equipment lifecycle.
