Big opportunities tomorrow.
This course equips participants with essential fabrication, maintenance, and safety skills required for EPC, construction, and industrial projects. You will learn proficient English speaking to communicate effectively in site and professional environments. Topics include RAT applications, welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW basics), gas and arc cutting techniques, grinding operations, joint preparation, welding inspection basics, defect identification, and compliance with international safety and quality standards to ensure reliable and safe execution of fabrication activities.
The RAT + Welding + Cutting + Grinding program provides specialized training in rope access, welding, cutting, and grinding operations in fabrication works. The program covers RAT overview, fabrication scope, site safety, welding fundamentals including SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW processes, cutting techniques such as gas and plasma cutting, grinding operations, material handling and preparation, joint preparation, safety precautions, and quality inspection. Participants gain hands-on experience in RAT application, welding, cutting, and grinding practice, along with documentation, reporting, emergency response, fire watch, permit to work, and team coordination. The program emphasizes hazard awareness, NCR management, and effective communication for safe, compliant, and high-quality fabrication execution.
The module highlights how thoughtful planning can directly improve project quality, reduce accidents, and help projects finish on time and within budget.
