This course equips participants with essential civil, finishing, and site coordination skills required for construction and EPC projects. You will learn proficient English speaking to communicate effectively in site and professional environments. Topics include RAT activities, basic surveying techniques and instruments, masonry works (brick/block work), surface preparation, brush painting methods, quality checks, measurement practices, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications to ensure accurate execution and quality finishes.
The RAT + Survey + Masonry + Brush Painting program is focused on developing skills in rope access, survey, masonry, and brush painting for civil works projects. The program covers RAT overview, civil scope, site safety, survey fundamentals including leveling and setting out, masonry works such as brick and block work, mortar preparation, brush painting techniques, material handling and storage, quality inspection, and compliance standards. Participants gain practical exposure to RAT application, survey exercises, masonry practice, painting practice, documentation, reporting, hazard identification, risk control, emergency response, permit to work, and team coordination. The training ensures participants can perform safe, precise, and high-quality civil operations across project sites.
The module highlights how thoughtful planning can directly improve project quality, reduce accidents, and help projects finish on time and within budget.
BE/BTech Engineering, Diploma Engineer, or ITI with 2 years site experience
Gain proficient English speaking skills, understand RAT and site coordination tasks, perform basic surveying and layout work, execute masonry activities as per drawings, carry out surface preparation and brush painting, conduct quality checks, and maintain site and QA/QC documentation as per project requirements.
