The Stores & Logistics Management program provides comprehensive training in managing stores and logistics operations within EPC projects. Participants learn the fundamentals of stores functions, roles in EPC, logistics planning, safety awareness, material receiving, GRN preparation, material identification, inspection basics, inventory management including stock control, minimum and maximum levels, cycle counting, and warehouse management with storage methods and racking systems. The program also covers inbound and outbound logistics, transport planning, vendor coordination, documentation practices including ERP/SAP basics, reporting, quality checks, audit requirements, and client compliance. Practical exercises include stores operations, inventory handling, logistics coordination, documentation practice, safety in stores, hazard identification, PPE usage, emergency response, team coordination, vendor communication, planning, scheduling, and shift handover.
