Big opportunities tomorrow.
This course trains participants to supervise the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of rotary equipment used in industrial and Oil & Gas operations. You will learn proficient English speaking to enhance technical and site communication. It covers pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, alignment, vibration basics, lubrication practices, and preventive and breakdown maintenance techniques.
The Rotary Equipment Maintenance Supervisor program equips participants with knowledge and skills to manage and maintain rotary equipment in industrial settings. The program covers an introduction to rotary equipment, the role of maintenance supervisors, equipment criticality assessment, types of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, bearings, seals, couplings, and shafts. Key topics include preventive maintenance planning, maintenance schedules, work order management, spare parts planning, condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing, failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM). Participants also learn safety practices including permit to work, lockout/tagout (LOTO), working at height safety, commissioning, alignment, shaft balancing, documentation, reporting, audit readiness, leadership, team supervision, shift planning, contractor coordination, and performance evaluation.
The module highlights how thoughtful planning can directly improve project quality, reduce accidents, and help projects finish on time and within budget.
