Big opportunities tomorrow.
This course equips participants with supervisory and management-level knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) practices used in Oil & Gas, EPC, and industrial projects. You will learn proficient English speaking to enhance technical and reporting communication. The program covers NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT), code requirements, inspection planning, technique selection, reporting, contractor coordination, and quality compliance to ensure effective inspection management.
The NDT & NDE Management program provides in-depth knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) in QA/QC and EPC projects. Participants learn the differences between NDT and NDE, roles in QA/QC, applications, and safety awareness. Key NDT methods covered include UT, RT, MT, PT, and Visual Testing (VT), with focus on principles, tools, surface evaluation, and acceptance criteria. Advanced NDT techniques such as PAUT, TOFD, and Eddy Current are introduced along with their limitations. Inspection planning and control cover technique selection, coverage requirements, and scheduling. Standards and codes include ASME, ISO, and API requirements. NDT reporting and documentation, result interpretation, record-keeping, and traceability are emphasized. Participants gain understanding of audits, procedure compliance, third-party inspections, and quality assurance. Safety in NDT operations, including radiation safety, permit to work, hazard identification, and emergency response, is included. Management and coordination skills cover technician supervision, client interaction, resource planning, and training oversight.
The module highlights how thoughtful planning can directly improve project quality, reduce accidents, and help projects finish on time and within budget.
